Default bolt patterns, again

Hey I searched the forums, but I'm on a mobile. If my answer is there I didn't see it.
Will 1988 2wd five bolt rims bolt onto a 1993 4wd five bolt truck. Are the hub holes the same size? Going to pick up a truck with over a quarter of a million miles

One more question...
My 88 rims have mud tires in the back, and street tires in the front. Will it screw anything up if I have smaller tires up front, and larger tires in rear? I can leave it in 2hi until I get a set of four of the same size?

Will it hurt my truck in 2wd if I have say, 31s on the back, and a little smaller tires up front?

I did that in my 87 Bronco for a bit, as long as you do not use 4Hi Or 4Lo it should be fine.... My current 2WD truck I got 31s in the rear and 30s in the front

If you 'use' 4wd it will, as the tires are of different sizes front and back and would make the front axle spin at a different rate compared to the rear axle....

Yes, leave it in 2wd and the hubs unlocked and it will be fine.
