Default Blown Headlight

I have a 95 f150 regular cab. My passenger side headlight keep blowing out. I thought that it might be water getting in but is completely dry inside. Not sure what else it might be. I have been threw 3 headlights in 2 days now. Any other ideas?

Trace your wiring back. See if its shorting out somewhere.

Oh, that rain? We where done w/ it! Sent the rest your way. You want use to aim a little farther north the next time? Installed a Lawn today, 85 degrees. First sunburn of the year! By the way, are they halogen & your installing them w/ your bare fingers?

i never touch anything but the plastic at the bottom and i removed the headlamp and cleaned out the inside. There was a ton of glass in there.

Mine were exploding because of water. I don't know what else would do it except a short.

I normally will dip all the glass part in alcohol and let it dry before turning on the light again.

I'd agree with JCMS, even if a mist of water were to get in, it could blow it.
