iv not dont it myself, but my 150s bedside was replaced and its not easy.

doesn't seem like it should be too hard... but never done it out know anyone that has. being in this position sucks. to get a decent box around here is not only rare...but expensive.

It's not a fender. It doesn't bolt on.

I know... they are spot welded. probably harder than it appears but doesn't appear that difficult.

Don't let me discourage you. I bought a welder so I can try these things, but it's a lot of work. Even small patches are a pain.

well I do have a friend who is a body man...a box would be easiest that's for sure... but you are going to spend upwards of a grad one way or another getting one around here.
