Default 4wd question?

I now have a 2wd and am planning on doing a 4wd conversion and was wondering if you had to have the "4wd" wheels or if you lock them in by taking off the center cap? Thanks

if you are going with the manual locking hubs the center caps wont fit over them you can knock out the red part to make them 4wd center caps

they might not you will have to measure the hub on the axle and the inside of the center cap to be sure.

So you want to remove the rims every time you want to lock in the front axle?

If I have to it just seems like without the center cap it would be an eyesore and I can't find any lock in center caps

I was going to say, they have center caps open in the center for four wheel drives. Plus the hubs are usually chrome. Here you can barely see my front center caps on my Blazer, but I have no rears.
