Got a fair bit of work done on my 94 today, found a decent 2009 F450 bumper and built some brackets for it, ended up being a nice fit, also scored some used 33s on rims. Had to trim the bumper in order to clear the 33s (no lift). Waiting for a level kit and should sit just perfect.

 

That bumper looks really good on there, sharp looking truck as well.

That looks a lot better than I would have guessed. Do you have pics of the brackets you built?

 

I don't have pictures but you need to start with two 4"x 12" steel plates 1/4 inch. You need to bend 1 inch of the plate into an "L", so yo end up with two 11" tall plates. at this point you can fit them to the bumper (bolts). Now it will line up to the existing mounts on your truck. Drill holes to fit. You will also have to trim back your frame rails to fit the bumper tight. I capped mine off with some sheet metal. You will also have to use a 1" spacer between the new bumper and the mounts on your truck. Took me 4h start to finish.
