Default Sixlitre tune up

I have a 1992 f150 5.0 and have been looking into doing the sixlitre tune up, any one out here that has done it on their similiar truck and can give info on any gains or losses they had when they did it

How did you learn about that modification without also reading the results from those who did it? Sixlitre (Malcolm) is active on FSB, so you can find his writeup & many testimonials there.

I like him, and we've been friendly (over the web) for many years. But I don't endorse that mod. I think following the recommended maintenance schedule with top-quality parts & standard professional procedures results in better reliability.

This:

(phone app link)

I've been using that for about 30 years, and my engine (the straight 6) has ~860 Kmi without a rebuild. It will get me a 3-digit speeding ticket any time I want, and my Bronco weighs 3 tons.
