Have you swapped pins 18 & 19 in the connector? (as posted by tmcolegr this is not necessary UNLESS you are programming auto-fold)

I have not programmed them at all. So I need to program them with forscan?

By not stop at open position do you mean, that the mirrors just keep folding forward until the head of the mirror is pointing forward and the glass is facing out away from the truck? Hard to believe you bought 2 used mirrors with broken end stops inside. But if that is the case they both had a hard impact and broke the end stops off in the PF arms. Unfortunately the mirrors are junk if this is the case. Only way to repair is to replace the PF arms which are not available from dealers.

I have the part numbers for the 2018 trucks. I emailed Tasca with a vin for a truck with all options including blis and they sent me the correct part numbers. I only asked about door modules and harness. Here they are:

Which just means they have the technology package. And would be the recommended harness to add powerfold to trucks that have the 8 pin harness

From that list of options how did you determine these harnesses support the Technology Package? None of those options have anything to do with the Technology Package. Did the VIN# you used have the Technology Package?
