Yes sir, new modules. The only programming I did was in the PDM and DDM in Forscan, was there more needing done?

As a general rule, when upgrading anything, always make it in steps, with testing in between each step. That makes troubleshooting any issues that might arise much much easier.
Here is the processed I followed
1. Replaced Mirrors, used 8-->22 pin adapter. Tested all mirror functions available on the 8 pin
2. Replaced the Wiring Harnesses, Tested same mirror functionality as above. Found out drive window does not close. pin in new plug was not seated properly, fixed it and retested
3. Replaced the Window switch, tested all functionality
4. Copied all as built data for DDM and PDM to new modules, tested all existing functionality.
5. Updated all DDM and PDM modules to add new functionality, tested all existing and new functionality.
I know you have completed your install now and it might be too late for this, but you can still restore all module functionality to as-built, test all existing functionality (as came from the factory) with your new hardware, if you have a failure here it's probably hardware, you can trace it back. If everything works, then you can proceed to making the changes necessary to the module to get your new functionality working.

Door Modules are the only two that needs programmed with your changes. When programming them, did you save the as-built from the old modules and copied them to the new ones before making any changes? if not, you need to go back to the old modules, get their as-built settings and copy them to the new modules. Test everything and when you are sure that everything is working correctly, THEN make the changes necessary to get the new option working.

i have yet to get up to the part but yes i have read that they need to be programed with as built data first and then add new codes. The only reason i asked is that the original doir module was VK and VR but cam3 back WW and WY.

From what I'm gathering, my screw up was just plugging the modules in and automatically turning everything on in Forscan. I need to "undo" that programming by first programming them with my asbuilt data, THEN re-reprogramming the modules to turn in power fold, puddles, spots, etc.

Just fyi - on 2015-17 F150s, if you currently do not have spot lamps and are not wiring the spot lamps to operate above 5 MPH, the spot lamps will have to be enabled in the BCM using FORScan. I can not confirm this on 2018+s but I believe this is still true. The module address is 726-56-01 - refer to the master FORScan spreadsheet BCM tab.

Dang it!!! forgot about that step! yes you still need to do this on 2018+ as well. Thank you for catching that!

Thanks for the advice, thanks to you and tmcolegr everything now works (except autofold for some reason)! Took the PDM and DDM back to asbuilt, everything my truck came with worked (mirror adjust, all windows and door locks), then re-programmed to add power fold, auto fold, turn signals, and puddles and everything (except auto fold) works great! Can't thank you guys enough!
By Autofold do you mean via the switch, or automatically when you shut off and turn on the truck?
