im not sure if the op has acknowledged an answer yet, but the most common problem with these trucks is the motor gears. i have replaced both motors to this problem. the gear wears down, no friction. you can either A) take motor out, dis assemble, replace gear put back or B) for about the same $$ and alot less work just replace the motor.

I hate to say it, but it worked, I didn't use a rubber mallet just took off the door card and with the back of my hand pounded on the metal the motor is attached to ...it started working
