Default Fuel pump not working

I have a 1994 F150 XL with an I6. When I turn the key the fuel pump relay clicks but the fuel pump does not run. The starter will turn the engine but it will not start. I have recently installed some off road lights and running lights before the problem started, so I am kind of concerned that my wiring (Although I thought I did a good job..) may of shorted and messed something up. I put fuses on the wires going to the lights so if they shorted shouldn't the fuses of blown? Any ideas on what could be causing the fuel pump not to run? Any suggestions or answers appreciated!

So I jumped the gun and replaced the fuel pump today.. It didn't fix my problem. I'm really lost at this point and could use some suggestions. Could the pcm of shorted out and caused fuel pump problems? The pump doesn't seem to be getting power but the shutoff switch is. One more thing the fuel gauge has been pegged since the truck stopped running (Picture). Thanks to everyone who responds .

The eec relay in the engine compartment fuse box? All those relays in the fuse box are working correctly

Ok so im not getting power to the pump at all, but the relay clicks on and off. I am getting 12v to the inertia shutoff switch so I think the eec, relay and fuses are all good. On this diagram it shows the inertia shutoff goes to the fuel tank selector jumper, which my truck doesn't have but there is still a harness not plugged into anything next to the light switch inside the dash. Could that harness be causing the problem?

Heres the diagram

So I got the pump to work by bridging 2 wires the dual tank harness behind the dash and bridging 2 more to get the fuel gauge to work. I don't know if that was the original cause but it sure solved it. Thanks

The selector switch gets corroded, especially if you haven't used a tank in a while and started using it. It can be cleaned.
