Default EEC Relay Location?

1992 F-150 4.9L Inline-Six, searching for the EEC Relay. I looked on the firewall near the EEC TEST like the book said, and it's not what matches up with the relay I bought from the auto parts store. I'm dumbfounded.

Should be located in the engine compartment relay panel just aft of the airfilter box.

The book is showing 2 fuel pump relays, and a horn. I tested all of those and they are good. The book says its connection is a brown wire harness.

This truck is factory, my dad bought it brand new, an gave it to me on my 16th birthday. There's been no electronic modification at all, it's never been messed with, so I'm kinda just stumped here.

I don't know what book you're reading but there aren't two fuel pump relays. The computer relay does give signals to the fuel pump relay though.
