New egr, new egr valve position sensor, new egr vacuum solenoid.

Still getting code 34 koeo

Did you reset codes after changing the egr stuff? Take the negative cable off the battery for 30 minutes or so to be sure. If that doesn't fix it, I won't be of any other help

Signal wire is only getting .025 volts. What can I do to fix this? It should be .4 volts.

My manual doesn't have that test so I can't comment on those values.
