Default Air pump bolt

I have a 1992 F150 with a 5.0. The air pump on the truck sized up so I went to replace it. The long bolt that holds it onto the accessory bracket snapped off about an inch below the head. The aluminum bracket and the steel bolt were frozen together.

Now the question is how to get it out so I can get the truck back up and running? Is my best bet going to be to remove the whole bracket from the front of the engine?

I really liked this truck but everything I go to work on is turning into a disaster for me.

Mine is the 4.9, and I couldn't get the bracket off without removing the pump. So I had to cut off the pump and get a new bracket.
