Default Violent shutter?

I have a truck that wants to throw me off the road. 1995 ford f150 4x4. When driving the truck it will have this wierd violent shake that feels like my axle is wrapping or something I have no clue. Everything is tight I have already checked. My moonlight mechanic friend said it might be the angle of my driveshaft since I put a lift on it. Could this be it? I thought if that was off it would be an automatic problem? I've been driving this for weeks with no problems driving it back and forth freeway speeds from az to ca. Only other clues is that it feels like it's in the rear. Front feels just fine. Any clues you gentleman might have?

do you have a carrier bearing in the middle of your drive shaft? if so did you lower it? i dont think you will have one since your truck is 4wd.

only other thing i can think of if you think its in the rear, is 1 of your tires has a bulge in it.

really hard to tell without looking at it for myself.

No I don't have that. I think my transfer case takes the place of that as well as 4x4. Tires are quite new so I do not think so. It's violent enough to the point that my wife won't drive it... On second thought... Just kidding haha but seriously I don't feel comfortable driving my daughter around if this thing is gunna self distruct. I'm gunna take a look at my diff this weekend that's about my only option now. Idk where else is could be

The thing is that it is pretty level maybe a sight angel down at rear but nothing crazy. An I've been driving it for 2 months now and all of a sudden this happens so I'm confused

if its not that noticeable i bet its a 4", and the strain on the suspension could of worn some parts out. but like i said, its a little hard for me to trouble shoot without me being there, aside from just pointing you to what it COULD be, like the driveshaft.

well i can tell you this, in my 96 150 i had a bad vibration, got under it and did the normal u joint test and everything was fine. finally i dropped the driveshaft and 1 of the u joints was locked up solid. so that's something you could look into also.

I will go ahead and do that. I know I replaced one if them recently but I will change the other one as well. I really think it's either a driveline issue or axle. It hasn't done it in a couple days so it's hard to know for sure.

Both u joints are new. My dad changed the other one when he had to use it for awhile. So we can rule u joints out. I still feel the suspension like trying to hop. No clue what this is. Shocks are brand new no leaks. Springs are not cracked or broken. How do I know if I need to add an angle shim?
