Default New Ball joint problem

So I got all new ball joints for my 95' xlt and I have only installed the passenger side so far. Well I install ball joints all the time at work and of course the one time one screws up is on my own truck. Ok so there installed and the knuckle is installed, I tightened the studs up and there really tight. I know its the bottom one, if I loosen it a bit the whole stud moves, and if I tighten it up its real stiff. It also doesn't want to accept grease. Like I said I put them in all the time for customers, but being my truck im really frustrated and would like some opinions.

Thanks

I've read about guys having problems getting final torque out of the bottom and they put a jack on it to put enough pressure to keep it from spinning.

I can get it to stop spinning when I tighten it. But then it's so damn hard to move the knuckle back and forth. I cant figure out why it wont accept grease, I think if it would it wouldn't be so stiff.

Well... if it wont take grease and the zerk is good then there must be a problem with the BJ. The only thing I can think of is look up in the passageway and see if something is in there blocking the flow.
