Negative Camber

Negative Camber
I have a 1993 f150 2wd, 5 speed. I have a 3" body lift with 31/10.50/15s. I have negative camber....its not too bad but my tires cant be aligned perfectly....Would this mean i have saggy springs?? Or could it be other suspension parts? I have all new tie rods.

But why would I need that? Shouldnt the camber be perfect with the original stock bushing??? I want to know why the negative camber came about because the only thing different in the suspension is the tires size on a stock wheel.

It's about two degrees off. Ball joints should be replaced because i believe they are stock ball joints. mechanic at alignment shop said it needed new ball joints, wheel bearings and tie rods. I replaced all tie rods and it tightened up the steering a little. would you replace ball joints and wheel bearings or just ball joints? should I also do springs as well?

Just call me sean. Really
Seeing as mechanic said ball joints need replacing, that could probably be a big cause of the issue. But if those are the original front springs, they are probably sagging.
