I have a 07 f150 and just found this button above the hood releases and was wondering if anyone knows what it does?

 

It's aftermarket, not Ford. So the answers can vary greatly from a valet switch for an aftermarket car alarm, to a cut-off switch, to anything else. Trace the wires from the switch and/or look for aftermarket parts installed.

I'm curious now too. Is it momentary or toggle? What happens when you push it?

 

Kill battery disconnect switch???

 

Only one way to find out. Start truck and keep door open. Push it with a 10ft pole and hide behind something.

 

That's probably the divide by zero button. No matter what, DO NOT PUSH IT!

 

Passenger side Ejection seat button.

Check the passenger side see if they got the driver seat rigged up...
