Default Fuel problem I think?

Iv got a 92 f250 custom with a Windsor and 5spd with 4x4.. iv been battling throttle problems and I'm getting stuck, it started off as a massive dead spot in the throttle where it was either on or off and the body would lurch and shake when coming on or off the throttle, iv replaced the map, tps and iac sensors and gave it a seafoam and of course made sure the cable was tight to, and as iv done each of these the body has stopped lurching and shaking but iv still got a dead spot from 2500 rpm and up, it just gets completely gutless then the throttle disappears and I get nothing at all till I let off, also throttle is none existent when I put the pedal to the floor, I'm starting to think it's a fuel problem but I don't know where to start, it had a new fuel filter in it when I got it, thx in advance

Start with a fuel pressure gauge. That will identify or eliminate a fuel pressure issue.
Then use a cheapy (or good) voltmeter set on volts DC (20V dc) to test the signal from your TPS.
Those are the 2 things you should have done first before throwing money at parts.

I don't have access to a fuel pressure gauge, I start and get off of work when parts stores are closed, with the new tps is the multi meter testing the tps or something else?

You test the TPS to make sure it's doing what it's supposed to.
You may have to just buy your own fuel pressure gauge for 40 or 50.00. Then you would have access to one.

Got my hands on a pressure tester and at idle it was bouncing off the top of gauge at 90-100 psi, I'm guessing that's a bad pressure regulator, is too much fuel that's making the truck bog down? I'm going to keep looking online but pls and thx for some more feedback

90 to 100 PSI is way, way too high. Your pressure tester isn't reading right or the pump has a real problem (like maybe being the wrong one ?)

Ya that pressure blew me away to, I tied into it off the shrader valve on the rail,,, I went ahead and bought a pressure regulator and I'm halfway through installing it but I broke some of the plastic vacum stiff that's in the way and I don't know what it's called, one ov the big lines with hose clamps and one of the tiny hoses on the bottom

Figured out the thing I broke just emissions crap, gonna plug up the vacuum lines tomorrow.. Didn't check fuel pressure again cause it was dark but took it around the block and it still dosnt hv any response at 3/4 or full throttle,,, something else to add can smell a bit of unburnt fuel in exhaust, replaced plugs wires cap and rotor yesterday and indeed the plugs and wires were ****ed but I'm guessing the smell didn't hv to do with them
