Why? It's not the end of the world, they are standing by the product and warranty exchanging it. Hook them up without completely installing them, if there is anything wrong take a picture - you will need it for warranty - and email the vendor. These headlights are totally badass and worth the effort.

Yeah I just need to stay off the forum threads about these lights, seeing a decent amount of issues. Also I'm finding a lot of people who's drls aren't turning off until a significant amount of time after shutting truck down also.
Looks like I'll be installing a toggle switch on the wire that goes from the headlights to the fuse box so I can turn the drls off when I need to when driving as well, in my profession there's times I have to be low profile while driving or in my truck with engine running. Didn't realize they stay on anytime truck is on/rolling.
Finally I was able to upgrade from the horrible halogen on my 2018 XLT. I purchased the headlight and fog lights and replaced them at the same time. Complete installation took about 3 hours.
Looks are amazing and look 100 times better then the factory crap they put on these trucks. However the headlights seem out of alignment, at least that is what I am seeing. 20 FT Away from Garage door 7 feet away from garage door
I have haven't contacted the manufacturer yet, since I don't if I made a mistake or not. I know that the fog lights can be adjusted but I am pretty sure that the headlight don't have that feature.
Any ideas what could have went wrong?

Mine is exactly the same, white truck with the decal etc....same color combo and just got the XB's delivered, where did you get the grill from...looks great...
I’m talking with tech support now so we shale see. Thanks! Yeah I pulled them off and painted them. I did the Morimoto fog lights and the front emblem all at the same time so I just went ahead and pulled the whole bumper. You can pull those tow hook boots out through the front, but it’s only like four bolts to just pull the bumper. So knocked it all out together. My wife came home and said I was ridiculous lol.
nothing to do with lights they look great where did you get the rolling work set does it fold down to a creeper I think that's what it called
