2018 headlights
On the same topic, what is the best fanless option out there?
A link to purchase would be great as well
I have a special edition with the special housings that I have grown fond of, replacing the housings for an aftermarket is not an option.

I have them in highs, lows and fogs. Thank me later.
I was looking at those too for my 2019. I have Halogen now as well. Did you replace the fog lamps as well?

The bulbs that HR is selling as their perfect fit we've actually tested out (about a year ago actually). Decided not to sell them because the output wasn't as much as other kits on the market. It's not a bad bulb, but you lose a lot of light because there is no LED Driver now. You still get that pure white look but without all the added light it's almost going to hurt you in bad weather.
LEDs in general are not that great in bad weather. You never realize this because of how much more light LED kits have, so it's a nice trade-off. The added light helps in that poor weather.
With a driverless bulb, you lose a lot of light so when you run in bad weather, the lost light is really noticeable.

Have been reading and viewing info on this topic since buying a 2017 F150. Lots of info out there and lots of good and poor Blackboost's thread explained much of what to look for. Size and placement on the circuit board are very important as well as specific testing in the housing used (year model and trim all have affects). Personally went with HRev for the published testing and descriptions, Supernova V.3 high and low's, my choice and very happy with results. But the new 2018/19 F150's have different housings and different requirements for fitting especially low beams. The socket is offset and the housing can interfere with the installation (son is looking for his new 2019).
4x4TruckLEDs.com, have you tested any 2018+ housings for fit and function? So far I have only read or viewed HRev and DD test results on 2018's. From that the tested LED bulbs so far are GTR Lighting CSP Mini, SuperNova SV.4, DD SL1. I have read where some folks are modding the housing to fit other bulbs but no actual test results. KM

Thanks for the information. Crystalux it is! I assume they have a great longevity too? Nothing worse than having to crawl under the truck all the time to replace burn't out, or dimmed headlights.
