What do you suggest we do about the dust covers when using the G11's?

H11's for the lows, and 9005's for the highs in a 2019 f150 xlt, right?

Not sure if they needed them or not. Sorry for the confusion. That's only because I am... :-)
Did you get these bulbs? Can you comment on how the install went and how they perform? And your overall opinion. Thank you.

Bought my Highs, Lows and Fogs from F150leds.com.
Great product, does require a bit of trimming of the inner housing to get them adjusted properly so you're not blinding people (at least for me).
The nice thing about their kits is that they come with new larger dust covers so that the fans on the bulbs can actually efficiently circulate air to cool the bulbs.
The fog lights do not have fans on them but do have an external driver that just plugs inline from the stock harness.

Bit of trimming. I would hate to do that to my new F150. What do you mean by trimming? Any pics you can share? Is there any LED that works in the 18 and 19 model low beams that has NO issues?
Thank you.

Thank you.

I just used a small Dremel tip to get in the inside of the housing and trim a bit of the plastic out at the top so you can properly adjust the bulbs. Wasn't anything major and the dust covers still seal on the outside of the housing as they should.

As I researched it seemed as though all of the good ones (they all have fans to keep the leds cool) need a larger dust cover (for better air circulation and to fit on the low beams) and also would need this similar trimming to get the bulbs adjusted properly.
If you don't want to trim them then I guess you could leave them adjusted way to high and be one of "those a**holes"

Anyone know what wattage you should use for high and low beams? 25? 35? 45?
Thanks

Throwing our "hat" into this ring. Our bulbs do not use fans or oversized heat sinks but .
In all our testing, there are 2 bulbs we know of that work great, the Diode Dynamics (which we sell at 10% off) SL1 and our own Luxen high powered bulbs.

For Forum members - we offer our top of the line Luxen bulbs for $95 shipped.
https://www.umnitza.com/luxen-v3-led...men-6000k.html

There is literally nothing brighter than these or the SL1 from DD. Give us a call 877 486 6489

First 5 people who want to post reviews of our Luxen will be offered these at $80 shipped - 1 time offer.

Is there a discount code at checkout or something? I'm not seeing the $95 price
