Default Towing help

I have a 2009 F150 with leveling kit and 285/70/18 Toyo mt's. I am towing an 18' trailer with my Ranger Crew. I am seeing a bit of sag when unloaded & even with the ranger evened out over the axles. I have been looking around for quite a while and seems to be that there are 3 viable options - SuperSprings, SumoSprings, & Timbrens. Anyone have experience with these 3? I really don't want to go with airbags. Had some on a 250 and didn't like them. They also didn't hold up well when I was off road.

Are you using a WD hitch? If not that is where I would start.

Hard to tell with the information you provided ,wdh setup property ? I pull a 26'car holler no wdh empty or lightly loaded 1k lbs no sagging . Sounds like your springs are weak or your level is to much

Ranger Crew???
Are you talking about a Ford Ranger or Ford F150?
Or ???
Confused ...

Oh wait a minute. You mean you are towing a Ranger Crew cab on a trailer behind your F150. OK, I get it.

And yes, the first question is are you using a WDH? The F150 hitch is only good to 500# tongue weight (5000# trailer) without it.

If the WDH is set up properly, a bit of sag is normal. You want to reduce the front end lift by 50 to 100% with the WDH. If after that you are not happy with the suspension, make your suspension mods and re-do the WDH adjustments.

He's probably talking about a Polaris 6-passenger UTV.

Yes, a crew cab ranger with full cab/windshield & 30" tires. The problem is, it's not just this trailer that is a problem, even small loads make it sag. My truck sits with the rear about 1" higher than the front, so it's not too much leveling kit. I would like to stiffen up the rear end, even with a w/d hitch. Back to the original question, has anyone used the super springs or sumo springs?

I used super springs on my Tundra. I had a sag with my camper after I leveled out the truck. The super springs took care of the sag.

If you are sagging unloaded, I am thinking your springs are getting weak.

How is the ride with the super springs? Did it stiffen it up a good bit?
