My 2018 is XLT 4x4 3.5L w/o max tow pkg but does have brake controller, 36 gallon tank, 302A, Blis, Power Pkg, sport pkg, nav. Total payload is 1803 lbs.
That rattle glass in the roof does take away from the payload by as much as 80 pounds. It is one of the reasons my next truck wont have it. I don't care about resale as I plan to drive it to death like my 14 (literally, it died in a horrible crash) so my next truck will be RWD and NO rattle glass. I rarely use it anyway, only to cool down the truck on a hot day, but so does Global open.

Amazing to get a 2333lb payload out of a half ton truck. My 4 wd Ram 2500 with diesel is right at 2000lbs.

yep. This is the reason I stuck F150 and ordered a HDPP. I checked out all the 2500s but none of the diesels would give me the payload my HDPP does. I haul more than I tow, so my 11500 tow rating is plenty. Plus the 19mpg ecoboost is a bonus over the higher maintenance, higher fuel cost diesel.

There are XLT Sports that have more payload than an F250 Diesel.

I bought a 2018 2.7 300A XLT 4x4 Screw with only the 2.7 payload package, tow package, IBC, and the flow through console added. My payload sticker is 1963 but the "maximum" is supposed to be 1950. Do I win a prize for being the first one to have a stickered payload above maximum?

Anyone else bought a super stripped down truck that and exceeded payload?

Seems a lot like my setup except mine's a 302A with moonroof and 36 gal tank. Brings me down to 1675 but enough to do what I need. What size tank do you have? Just curious what makes the difference.
