Okay sorry for the shorthand (ie option code).
Foot Note #3 on the Towing Charts
"Medium Duty Tow Package - Class IV Hitch".
It's how Ford describes the 53B Option Code if you run an ETIS on the truck.

OK I have read all these posts (here and other forums) regarding tow weights, payloads, door stickers etc until I finally came to realize that I just need to go buy a Peterbilt 359 long nose to pull my travel trailer. Apparently everything I have learned as a truck driver and owner operator since the early 70's doesn't mean squat. Only weights I was concerned with then was not going over 80K gross and 12K axle weight. Carry on.
