Max tow pkg
Up graded rad ,what's that mean larger rad more capacity.? How about front stabilizer bar ,beefier or standard t pkg never had one, ? . aux trans cooler self explanatory . I ordered a 2018 150xlt , 3.5 eco boost ,long boxp ,,trailer towing pkg with 3.55 electronic locking rear axle just wanted to no about rad and stabilizer
Basically, if you got to Tow Package, you'll get the upgraded rad and stabilizer. Max tow is one of those packages that Ford offers that just packages things together and adds an upgraded bumper and tow mirrors. Navigating options like this is a nightmare of unclear answers when looking at all the different options... The standard tow and max tow are pretty much the same when talking about the "upgraded" radiator. The rad seems to be the same size but somehow provides better cooling (better design?).
If you have the Tow packages with the 36Gal tank and trailer brake controller, max tow only upgrades the rear bumper/receiver and adds tow mirrors (or at least it did).
You can have a look at the Ford site and build a truck yourself to see all the differences instead of them being repeated here. Going over every single difference between engines/trims/years here is pointless as you can see for yourself on the site. Personally I'd crawl through a mile-long spider cave naked with a tiny birthday candle rather than try to figure all that stuff out.

Before 2018 the max tow package was kinda dumb.

This is why I told to OP to look it up himself on a truck build. This stuff is constantly changing so there's no point in asking because you'll get all different answers depending on what year/engine/trim you're talking about.
About $200 more for tow package and 36 gallon tank, when optioned separately. This also does not include the brake controller on Lariat and lower models. Max Tow is the Tow package and other options used to get the maximum towing experience, 36 gallon tank, upgraded suspension and cooling, highest available hitch weight, trailer brake controller and E-Locker 3.55 gear rear. Does not include mirrors. When you add up the options on the Lariat and lower trims, it gets pretty pricey, I have seen as much as a $2400 difference on XLT.
