Default Hitch receiver

What if I don't have a sticker? I looked all over and don't see one. Bought the truck when it was 6 months old. Window sticker says I have 7000#GVWR package and Trailer Tow package.

Started researching all this after I bought the truck of course...

Your door jamb stickers will tell you a lot about your truck's capabilities.

Yes, I've actually got that part nailed down I think. But the hitch is another of the limitations is it not?

Not 100% sure, but the Tow package is around 1100 pounds WDH with 11,000 trailer. It could be 1200, but I don't remember what it was on my last truck, and Ford changes them up.

That would be more than enough to exceed my payload limitation. I'm curious why I don't have the sticker. I'm in Canada if that makes a difference.

Probably got knocked off in a touchless car wash. With what I saw today on a line of F-150's, it would not surprise me if the sticker got knocked off.

Assuming you have researched here and know where to look? If so, there are only two part numbers. Take a photo from below that clearly shows the safety chain hookups and we can tell you which one you have.

Could be a Canadian thing mine came with no sticker. Or they just got some from the supplier without stickers. Or it just fell off.

Look on the bottom side of the hitch for the decal because I've seen a lot of new F-150 trucks with tow receivers and the decal was on the bottom and not on the face. My uncles 2019 F-150 with a level receiver tube has the weight decal on the bottom. Who knows why, but maybe because people were washing-off the decal with a pressure washer at the car wash.
