Hitch receiver

That is the standard receiver, not the Max Tow one.
Should be 11,600/1160 WD and 5,000/500 WC. You can see where the sticker was mounted.

Max. Trailer Tow Package2 (required for towing up to 13,200 lbs.; requires 3.5L EcoBoost engine): 3.55 electronic-locking rear axle (3.73 with Heavy-Duty Payload Package), 4-pin/7-pin wiring harness, 36-gallon fuel tank, Class IV trailer hitch receiver, Smart Trailer Tow Connector, trailer brake controller, upgraded front stabilizer bar, and upgraded rear bumper. A Class IV hitch is a Class IV hitch.

Varmit Girl: Don't get your point. The OP is missing his receiver sticker. I was simply clarifying that his receiver is the standard one and not the one provided with Max Tow. There are only two types from the factory so know he knows what his sticker would have said.

Not exactly. The class IV receiver on a late-model F-150 is a Class IV hitch only when used with a weight-distributing hitch rated for over 5,000 pounds. Without a WD hitch, your receiver is a Class III hitch.
.
You were misinformed. Max Tow includes everything in the Heavy duty (I,e,, "regular") tow package, plus the bigger gas tank and brake controller, plus 3.55 e-locker rear axle, plus some other goodies that results in increased tow rating. Plus it requires the 3.5L EcoBoost engine . But in the real world, the increased tow rating is useless, because you will run out of payload capacity before you get close to the tow rating.
So when shopping for an F-150 to drag a trailer, maximize payload capacity and let the tow rating fall wherever it may.
I ordered Max Tow on my 2019 because that was the least expensive way to get the big gas tank, trailer brake controller, and e-locker axle.. I wanted the 3.5L EcoBoost engine anyway, so engine choice was not a factor for me. My GCWR is 17,100 with tow rating of 12,000 when my wet and loaded tow vehicle grosses 5,100 pounds My TT grosses less than 5,000 pounds, so I don't need that 12k tow rating.
I was informed that "Max Tow Package" is nothing but a 36 gallon fuel tank and Trailer Brake Controller.

Trailer hitch
I can see one of your stickers has the QR code. Is there a part # listed as well?
My 2018 F150 XLT , 302A, Sport Pkg, & has the Max trailer tow package ($950 option in Canada according to sticker), & according to my window sticker has a 7050 lb GVWR package.
I cant find any ratings on the hitch itself either, but the sticker has a ford PN listed, HL3A-19A478-BA
As far as I know I should have a class IV trailer hitch, but would need to use a weight distributing receiver in the hitch to achieve my maximum limits.

It's too bad Etis doesn't work anymore, you could pop in the VIN and it will tell you what was installed.
