20" wheels are great and in most cases will tow better and carry more weight. I have the 20's and regularly tow my 5K lb travel trailer and has no problems towing a 7500lb boat. The best benefit to them is that they have less side-flex, so they'll feel more planted, and have less wiggle in the rear. If you're driving on rough roads it might seem more harsh, but overall I like the feel of my 20's vs my other set of 17's.

Just set them to what the PSI states in the door jamb and it'll tow great. Mine says 35PSI and that's what I run whether I'm towing or not.

Also if you look at some of the max weight foot notes, they state with 20" wheels. Been towing for a few years with 20" wheels/tires and they are just fine for towing. I prefer them over the 18" LT's that came with the truck.

This. The trucks with the highest tow ratings are the Max-Tow package trucks with 20" wheels. Max-tow trucks with 18" wheels have a lower rating.

Unless you have the HDPP, then it is the 18" HD Wheels and C Range LT Tires.

Absolutely correct, shown HERE for the 2018. I have the 2017 and it appears the newer model has an extra #100 bump on the max tow from 11.5k to 11.6k, not too shabby.

EDIT: I took a quick gander on the 2019 tow guide and they left out specs for the F-150. It'll be interesting to see those numbers.

They are P rated so a little wiggle but not to bad @ max 51 psi. Next set of tires will be Nitto terra grapplers with XL load range, on my last truck it was night and day.
You should always go with max side wall psi when hauling or towing, its in the owners manual and all tire manufactures sites. Tires will over heat...…….

I've found it better for my set up to bump the psi up to 42/40 psi. Feels better to me.
