Dropped the truck off tonight for the trans rebuild tomorrow. Hopefully it'll be done by Wednesday!

 

what ended up being the issue? I remember seeing you post about trans issues, but I don’t remember the exact outcome.

 

Not sure exact but I think it was the torque converter. The All-State warranty I bought covered it. Just a $100 deductible!

 

Got the truck back from the dealer. They put new plugs on without asking. Gonna fight them on it!

Since I got the truck back I can tell it's not shuddering anymore!

Put on my new Fox 2.0s! The passenger rear shock was toast (one on the right).

 

Looks good! When are the fronts going in?

Why the hell would they do plugs without asking? That seems like an odd thing to do.

 

When I go get my next oil change but I haven't gotten the front coilovers yet.

There might have been a misfire code stored in the computer from a few months ago. Still not an excuse to not call me!

 

Rear end seems to corner better and handle bumps better than before especially going over railroad tracks! Can't wait to get the fronts changed!

 

How do you like the RokBlokz mud flaps? Can you share some pics? I’m curious as to how large they actually look on the truck, especially the fronts. I’m worried I’ll hate having mud flaps and just have to sell them.

 

I like them. They adjust in and out a little so they can be flush with the fender flare or stick out a little bit.
I liked them on my Tacoma and like them on this truck.
