Nice build. Looking forward to seeing the lift.
My 05 lariats sits on a 6" lift with bilsteins. What kind of shocks you going with? Fox coil overs? Lol I want some... Hopefully by Christmas.

Most likely bilsteins as well. The lift came with some already but I might have to replace them.
I really don't wanna pay the price for Fox struts haha

Had some free time and extra spray paint so I made my rear diff a bit nicer to look at!
It was previously done in just black with the same paint and held up through a Canadian winter without issue so I redid it. Exhaust pipes also got cleaned up a bit using high heat semi gloss paint:

Haven't seen anybody else do this yet and I'm happy with it.

Got some picture updates from the Hydrodip shop. They won't be staying red like that but happy with the update pictures:

They have since been completed but no pictures until they're on the truck!

I have also put the order in for the hardware and new struts for my lift, it'll all be coming together soon

Getting some paint work done soon though so once that get started I'll post it

So I'm still waiting on lift components at this point and getting really annoyed. I'll be waiting until spring to put it in at that point as I have to get a few lift components recoated.

They did a very poor job packing the pallet so almost half had to be redone.

Got the truck detailed. A full clay bar, 2 stage polish and a high end Palmer wax.

Made the truck look brand new again.

Can barely tell the truck has 273k kilometers on it!

Next I finally dealt with the poor tint job it had. Had all the windows redone!

Went from 25% up front and limo over stock in the rear to limo all around.

Finally caved in and had both amps moved behind the rear seat. Had some Hushmat (Same thing as Dynomat) installed on the rear wall and all 4 doors at the same time.

My music now sounds a bit fuller and more stays in the truck instead of escaping outside. A much cleaner install as well, can't see any wires anymore! Barely had enough room to mount both amps with the power rear slider and door code back there. Removing the seat back was a pain in the behind though.

Sold the chase rack! Like it this way a lot better:

Decided to replace my windshield and got it tinted as well:

Only went with 55% and a 5% brow but I love it! Takes off a lot of glare while driving.

Finally found a mint console lid to replace my cracked one:

It's the little things right? Just need to fix or replace the drivers seat now.

In celebration of having the truck for 2 years, I Redid the plasti-dip for a second time.

It holds up great, even up north. I'm just picky .

Got a new set of Morimoto fog lights with a yellow film this time:

Supposed to be much better in actual foggy/snowy conditions. Also protects them from rocks

Got a new to me cowl hood! Absolutely love it:

Gives the truck a much meaner look!

Headlights went to get some work done while I was working up north in camp so rocked some tinted covers and stocks with HID's:

Quite like how they look, wasn't a huge fan of the lightout with them though.

Got a great deal on some brand new long tube headers! They'll be going in soon along with Black widow mufflers and an X-Pipe:

She's gonna scream.

No more used lift, bought a brand new 6" BDS with Fox 2.0's in the rear and Fox 2.0 Coilovers up front:

Trying to sell the used lift now.

Got my headlights back! Lariat etched into the lens, Mini H2 7.0 projectors and custom Hydro-dipped projector shroud:

They may match my rims 😉

Got my headlights 3M'd, no rock chips for me:

Got the lift In! For some reason the coilovers came fully cranked up, truck was sitting around 9.5" of lift up front here:

Definetely skipped leg day!

Got it adjusted properly and this is how she currently sits! Love how it's looking now:

Ordering a rear drop shackle to level out the truck as the rear is currently 1.5" higher and it bugs me.

And here's a close up of the rims. 20x12 Fuel Renegades with -44 offset. Barrels are painted tuxedo black, fake rivets are air brushed red to match and Hydro-dipped spokes!

Finally have an update on the build!

Installed the drop shackles I had ordered and finally got the truck leveled out, the rake was horrid.

Also purchased new tires, 35/12.50/20 Nitto Exo Grapplers, I highly recommend them!

And also had a set of kickback mudflaps installed. They're made by a company local to me called Trigger Industries. They're finished in black rock guard and are 14" wide, perfectly covering the width of my rear tires!

Next up was getting rid of that horrid exhaust!

I went with Pacesetter long tubes to custom true duals with 2.5" piping. Then I went with a Black widow X-Pipe, dual Widowmakers and dual 4" black powder coated tips dumped behind the receiver.

I later added Magnaflow resonators as it was a bit too loud and raspy for my likings. The exhaust shop did a fantastic job with the install though, they've got me as a customer for life!

Now for another big change! I was hearing a rattle upon start up and after opening up the engine, a broken timing chain guide and blown tensioner seal were found.

So I went with a Cloyes Timing Chain kit but used Trickflow 2v ratcheting tensioners. New OEM Phasers with Comp Cam phaser limiters. Also a high volume oil pump from Melling and Ford Performance Hot Rod Cams!

It sounds absolutely unreal. I had my previous MPT tunes changed to accommodate the new parts and they did a really good job aside from not being able to legally tune for having no cats.

Finally, I picked up another Harley Davidson grill and had it repainted and repaired due to a crack it had.

I was having 2 new Ford emblems repainted but the person who was doing so, has fallen off the face of the earth, along with my emblems.

A little over a year ago, I managed to destroy one of my rims! All 40 of the bolts backed out and my spokes came loose, destroying the barrel and ovaling many bolt holes. Due to a difficult time in my life, it took me a year before I was able to purchase a new one.

Thankfully my new tire was undamaged so I was able to throw it back on. All 4 rims will be getting repainted in the spring and the new rim will be getting hydrodipped!

I moved early in 2019 and needed a drop hitch in order to do so. So I purchased a 7 1/2" Gen-Y hitch and had it powder coated. I have matching stabilizer bars that have yet to be installed.

A few things that I don't have pictures for:
-New halos in my headlights as one of the large halos died
-Tow Hooks repowdercoated red (Minor accident has since scratched one)
-Monster hook sold after recoating it (Somebody hit it in a parking lot and took off, destroyed the previous coating)
-Factory reverse camera tailgate handle installed (Needs to be rewired again)
-New to me LED tail lights with a clear lens that will be painted to match

That's all for now! I will be going over the truck in the spring to make things look and work a bit nicer!
