Thank's for this Info WarSurfer,

Wouldn't it be easier to install a new rear differential with limited slip like the Randy's ring & pinion kit with a Spartan locker or a Torsen type? I have seen & heard a lot of guy's that are upgrading their F150 with this setup and gave them the Raptor traction feel with the full range speed drive lock.
Also, I agree that the F150 Axles aren't the same length than the Raptor, perhaps, can this be corrected with proper wheels offset?

It's over 3 inches wider per side, that's a lot of offset.

You don't have to use a Raptor take out, it's just the cheapest 'extra wide' assembly. It's like 6k for a custom unit of any strength.

Answer to RadioShack:
Yes, will change color...
My new option will be tuxedo Black with the fenders fins matching the front & back bumper in Sterling grey. Will need to remove all door and front fenders. I had purchased the OEM front Raptor hood/grill & the back panel door in this tuxedo black. This made me change my idea to repaint the whole truck same color - I really like it!
I also was challenged to go with the Race Red. Perhaps, I decided to keep it a bit more conventional not to pull too much attention on the road with the sticky patrols!

Yes the Full-Race kit should be an interesting option... Perhaps, there's already on the aftermarket interesting kits available to crank-it up with Stage3 to near 410 HP.
Next step with Full-Race kit would be the larger exhaust manifold with those bigger pumping twin turbo's. When I'll be ready for this upgrade? I don't know, the 5 liters Ecoboost may already be on the road at that time- This could surely be a more interesting flip!

Truck is now ready for the Pro paint shop. I'm only waiting for the OK for bringing it in!
Regards,

Warsurfer,
With my actual setup, I don't see how I could fit an OEM Raptor Axle with this 3" extra length on both side? I have actually this OEM axle setup with a set of 20" XD Rockstar wheels mounted with those Nitto 35"x12.5x20" tires and they are "flush" with those aftermarket Raptor fenders. I also have a pair of 37" Toyo tires and I'm now "dealing to purchase" a set of wheels that will clear those fenders. I found that those RBP wheels with negative Offset may accommodate those 37"x 13.5", but this still has to be confirmed? My concern is on the front side, if they will give gap to the fenders? Is this the reason that the Raptor with those +3 Axles come only std with 17" tires to fit in their OEM fenders?

I think I understand what you are asking. Yes, that's why there is no lip on factory Raptor wheels, because the hubs/axle ends are pushed so far out. If it's already flush then don't spend the money.

Yes, can't tell for sure if those beadlock wheels are for something..
What I know is changing with the OEM Raptor Axle, I will need a new set of wheels with a different offset.
This would also be interesting to know if there's anyone who tried some 37"x13.5"x22" tires on a OEM Raptor without any suspension lift & bump stop ... And is there any rubbing when you turn or hit bumps?

You can't run 37s on a Raptor without going to top perch and doing some cutting. I can't speak to 37s and 22s because most Raptor guys are running 17" Methods.

That's what I was thinking.. That's may be the reason why some guy's retrofit to aftermarket FRP fenders?

Yes, most folks add Boatec or Glassworks fenders and bedsides when swapping to 37s - fronts at minimum.

I'm having glassworks installed on mine now.

Nice built! Thank's for showing those pictures,
Purchased my set from them also, but for the 6.5' bed.
They needed a lot of fit to be flush with the upper bumper louver... A work of Art, Patience and Time!
