2011 fx4 ecoboost to raptor conversion built
I love the build, and I'm looking at doing something similar to an FX4 CCLB, but I'm a little concerned. The whole reason I need a CCLB is for the 7700lbs GVW package with the Max Trailer Tow Package; knowing that, I need to keep the rear axle and springs intact. What offset/backspacing would I need to run to get the extra track width in the front/rear? Planning on staying as close to OE appearance as possible, so only 35"s and will not be attempting this if I have to run spacers since I plan on towing ~9K lbs with a ~1K lbs tongue weight.
I think if I run 10"W w/ -18 back spacing under 35x12.50rXX backspacing, I will push the wheel/tire out far enough to fill up the wheel well without negatively affecting the GVW or payload or anything. Any thoughts?
