Default Finally!!! Some Pictures & Update

Hi Everybody,
I apologies for this delay to show some pictures...
It will be soon one year that I had purchased the 2011 FX4 for this Raptor conversion...
At this with my spare time, most of the work is now done, perhaps, I still need to finish the inner fenders (front & back) to accept those 37" Toyo tires and cut 1" of the Raptor front sides bumper, and soon it will be ready to touch the road!
It was a HELL of a project and I really underestimated the whole time that was needed to make this a reality!
This was my first experience with fiberglass fenders. To make them fit fine with a smooth finish (without wobbles), the time consumed was really a black hole! Perhaps, Practices makes perfect!

More pictures to come soon, Thank's for watching!!

Truck looks awesome! Just gotta ditch those chrome headlights. 6.5 ft bed raptors should've been a thing you could've ordered.

Default Rear fenders.

Right, those headlights are temporary. Since I will soon go for truck inspection, I preferred passing with the OEM set headlights at that time. Not sure retrofit HID headlight would pass...
Concerning those bed fenders, they are 3" wider than the oem ones- I had to extend the inner fender gap by 3" to close the wheel cage (not shown at time of the picture). I agree that the front fenders really look wider than the rear ones. I think this setup is to give more wheel gap when cornering with 37" tires?

What is missing:
- EcoRaptor logo, 3.5L Twin Turbo Logo, black camera bezel & logo, 37" Toyo tires with 22" Fuel wheels (with larger offset). Back Cat Double exhaust, SCT Tuner, cold air intake. I think this is it for phase1!

Regards,

Looking good mate, only thing I'd recommend is to trade those tow mirrors for for the smaller ones, (you can grab them really cheap used on ebay).
