sounds like UPS has really gone down hill.
I think all the carriers have gone way down hill.

And it may look like I'm bashing them, which I'm not trying to do, I just wanted to share my experience. Maybe someone in here from Stage 3 will realize that they can make some major improvements in customer service, and others can benefit from this. And if not, maybe it will warn potential buyers of what they might have to expect.
OK Stage 3’s warehouse-for-hire took an extra week to get the order in UPS’s hands. That us a legit gripe.

Stage 3 has poor telephone support. If their business is selling products others warehouse and drop-ship then they have to offer something of value for the customer. But maybe their management has decided a website is all they need to do?

But it appears UPS is the root of your issues.

Nah, like I said, and others have said, it takes them days to get back to you when you have an issue, if they get back to you at all. And when a business tells you wait longer after your order is overdue, that's just poor customer service. Yes, I also have a gripe with UPS, but I feel like Stage 3 dropped the ball a couple times in my case, and I still have no resolution.

Never understood why everyone buys from them, they're overpriced as hell.

They were actually the cheapest I could find. I was going to buy them off of Amazon, but they were cheaper at Stage 3, and said ships 1-2 days, so I thought it was a no brainer. If I had to do it over, I'd buy them off of Amazon.

Ordered a set of go rhino rb 20 Bed lined boards from S3. They were 200 dollars cheaper than anywhere on the web at $511. Their website said they were 1-2 weeks to ship date with 0 in stock. The boards shipped in 5 days. I was happy with their service and have bought a lot of stuff from them in the past.

I bought the Z26 Powerstop calipers, rotors, and pads kit for our Charger from CarID.com and had a similar debacle. The customer service for CarID is horrifyingly bad, and after a few rounds over the phone, a fixed almost mis-order, and a $50 gift card plus $10 rebate I got them at home, delayed of course, but installed. Powerstop themselves were awesome to work with, and they drop-shipped for them too. I wish Powerstop would manage all aspects of sales, and not utilize re-sellers. To cap it all off, the cores I sent back were shipped straight back to me by USPS. Fun.

I usually am never charged by a company unless my order is being packed up to ship. Its been a month now and nothing, I check the site and it jumps from 0 in stock, to 7 in stock to 5, then 0 then 8, but I don't have mine. I've asked twice since and no response from stage3 at all. I'm good if they just tell me where I am on the waiting list or something, but I am wondering where my money is when they have yet to ship anything at all
This is exactly like the same thing they did to me, I had to e mail multiple times and the same old song and dance we have your money and that holds your place in line, I did not let it get past 15 days before I contested it with my CC and bought my front 5100's from Shock Surplus. They were out of stock and did not charge my CC until the shocks shipped.

No way I am letting a company keep my money and not know when I am getting my product.

Hope they get them to you soon.

FYI: You have 60 days from the closing date of the statement that a charge shows up on to dispute it with the CC company. They credit your account immediately, then investigate.

I had purchased the Raptor Style Grill Lights , they have a life time guaranty. After a year one light burned out, I tried to contact Stage 3 motorsports for help and they couldn't help AT ALL. I had to try and find the man who makes them. Luckily I was able to find him, contacted him and he fully warrantied them and sent me a replacement.
