Believe what you want. I figured that most of you Eco guys wouldn't want to hear it.

It happened, don't get your panties all in a wad. Just reporting what I saw.

We just wish you would have given us the actually story instead of what you THOUGHT happened. Inferences get people in trouble lol.

Maybe he ran out of gas. I would have a mad look on my face too.

Running out of gas doesn't put your truck on the side of the road going 5 -10 mph, the truck completely shuts down.

Anyway, didn't even think to ask him what happened. Not leaving my truck running and unlocked anywhere in Corpus.

Now this doesn't make any sense... so you observed him struggling along the side of the road going 5-10mph? In your first post you said he slowed to 40 and stopped. I don't get how you can observe what you observed while traveling at highway speeds.

If an ecoboost stops at a red light, sullyman will assume it broke.

If it wasn't to stir the pot, then why was this thread even started? Has anyone denied that there is a problem with the intercoolers, and that some trucks lose power some times? Was this thread supposed to prove anything or help fix the problem? Was it to help people deal with their service department? Was it intended to add some data that others might use to solve the problem or find a fix? Or was it to just stir the pot?
