Settings for the 2010 F150 5.4 : Select the octane, regular or premium , set the shift firmness at 50%, set the shift points at +300 on the 1-2, 2-3, & 3-4, leave 4-5 & 5-6 stock, set the rev limiter at +500. The speed limiter can be set down to govern between 25 & 80mph or up above 100 based on speed ratings of your tires. If you are running your stock thermostat you can set your cooling fan for the 195 setting. If you change your tire size or your gear ratio you can program in the new setting to correct your speedometer. Let me know if you have questions. Gary @ Hypertech
