Question Bilstein 5100 setting

Im having some bilstein 5100 installed in the front and rear, for the front i got the adjustable ones. Should i put it on the top setting or the second from the top to get a level look ? Once in a blue moon will tow something but mostly never do. I have a 2018 4x4 lariat. I've been looking around and reading some stuff a lot mix reviews for the top setting and the second from the top.

Just did it on my '19 F150 4x4. Used top setting and front is still about 3/4" lower than back.

the top setting is 2" higher than stock and will level out your truck. it is also the most harsh setting (for the ride - comfort).

I have mine (16 FX4) setbat second to highest because I tow but top will still give you a little rake I bet. I’d go top if I was you

Here is how I am running mine. The ride is phenomenal. Like OP, I also occasionally tow and did not want squat or a nose high truck when doing so. As a result, I swapped the rear block for a slightly taller block to give me a little bit of rake.

1st pic: Stock
2nd pic: Bilstein 6112's at 2.1", 5100's rear, 2.25" replacement rear block. This raised the truck 2" in the front and 1" in the rear. Rake is now 1.5" vs 2.5" stock.
3rd pic: BFG KO2 275/65r20's installed. Truck now sits an inch higher overall with new tires.
