Cap on an SVT Raptor?
#11
I came here looking for this topic, hoping someone would have already asked, because I felt dumb asking. I am trying to get to the my higher powers to purchase a Raptor as an Ambulance Rapid Response Vehicle, be prefect for us as we have alot of remote areas our full size ambulances couldnt even dream of getting at.
Are there anymore pictures of the Raptor with a topper on it kicking around?

It will work and look OK on a fire/police setup like this; however, for personal use, I rank a cap right up there with someone putting 22" wheels and skinny rubber on a Raptor.
BTW, for those of you not familiar with the region; San Diego County is not just the 'beach', they have some huge and awesome desert areas down there in the east and south end of the county. I have spent a lot of time in the region; this is really great Raptor and any other 4X4 vehicle country.
Another reason life is so good in the great CA; deserts and mountains everywhere here!!!

I see no problem with a cap on ANY truck. Even a Raptor, or L. As long as its clean, flows with the body, and has a valid purpose. If its meant as a shop truck, and hauls parts etc, it could have its use. If you go out hunting, and need a place with plenty of room. Go ahead.
