Default Finally pulled the trigger and love it !!!

After a year and a half of research. I finally decided to lower my baby and get her some new shoes. I went with a MAXTRAC 2/4 lowering kit and Status Mastadon 6 24x 9.5 wrapped with 305/35 r24. The only issue is a slight vibration at take off between 15-20 MPH, other then that it's great.

WOW.. Looks amazing! .. I just ordered the Belltech 1001HK 2/4 kit which will be my mod for this year then next year will do new wheels and tires. I really love the look of these wheels.... Nice job!

Nice work op and great wheel choice!

What made you 24 instead of a 22?

i was debating that myself but I ended up going with 22 because I wanted a bigger sidewall because it’s my daily. Pics will be up this week.

Since I went with a 2/4 drop. I decided on the 24inch to full up the wheel well. It’s not my daily driver , so I wasn’t really worrying about the ride too much . But honestly , it’s not that bad. It’s rides like my mustang did.

Dang that looks great. My kit is STILL on its way from Belltech. Hopefully it will be installed on Saturday. I went with the 2/4 kit as well. I do have a question though. Do the stock wheels look lame with this drop kit? Haven’t seen too many 2018s lowered with the stock wheels on there.

My truck came equip with 18 inch wheels , which will not work with the 2 inch drop spindle. So, I had to install the new wheels and the same time I installed the kit.
