Also, the crown spring didn't come with any instructions so I left the bump stop on the shock shaft, I'm going to try and remove it with long needle nose pliers and see if that helps. I know back when I lowered my Silverado the front stop was trimmed.

Correct. 2' drop springs up from, 2" shackles rear, 1" block removed. Stock shocks are on their last leg before the 24's and drop, just haven't decided on what shocks to go with. Couldn't tell you the difference between stock and lowered because of the 24's but it's not like stock, still somewhat smooth but bumps are more sharp feeling. I need to trim the bump stops in the rear, I'm only about a 1.5" from then and hit them on pot holes.
