Anybody running the Belltech lift hanger yet?
Is it possible to buy just the lift hangers by themselves?
Also, here is my thought process and maybe someone can tell me if this could/would work.
I currently have the Belltech 1000SP, so a 3"/5.5" drop. My largest complaint about the whole setup is the squeaky *** poly bushings in the Belltech shackles. So, my hope is that I can eliminate them from my setup all together. I am thinking I can go with the Belltech 1.5" lift hanger and then install my stock shackle...which wouldn't that give me about a .5" lift overall in the rear? The rear of the truck sits about .5" lower than the front with no air in my helper bags, so I'd be okay with the height change. Does that make sense? Would it work?
Thanks,
Chris

I just installed the 1001SP kit with the front hangers and shackles. I'm currently fighting a low speed vibration that I'm pretty certain is due to the pinion angle and if you were to use only the front hangers that would push your pinion angle down even worse than mine is.
The 3* shim that BellTech includes doesn't seem to be enough to correct the angle and I've got an order in for a set of custom 5* steel shims that will bolt into my leaf pack as they should instead of the crappy aluminum slide-in shims that were included and don't even fit the spring to saddle mount as they should.
As for your shackles squeaking, how tight did you torque them, and did you wait until the truck was on the ground and bounce the suspension a bit before you did so?
When I initially installed my kit I torqued them on the ground as I should, but I went to the very high side of the range (75-115 ft/lbs from what I found). They were fine initially, but after I had to jack the truck up to mess with the shims, which force the suspension to almost full droop, they started squeaking pretty bad afterwards. I loosened them up, bounced the suspension, then re-torqued to 75 ft/lbs and the squeak seems to be gone now. I haven't put many miles on it since then as I'm still fighting this vibration and am away on a business trip, but I'm hoping that keeps it to a minimum.
