Default Finally lowered the 4x4

I went back and fourth trying to decide what kit I was going to use. If I went 3/5 flip I would have to possibly shorten the driveshaft and install helper bags to drag my 36' bumper pull camper. So I ended up going with a 2/3 from Crown.

Before the drop was installed I started off with 305/45r22 DUB Attack 6's with 420s' but I just wasn't satisfied with the look. Then the perfect plan fell into my lap...My dad picked up a 2016 f150 for my brother (graduation present) he liked my wheels, so I talked them into buying them. With that deal done I spent 3 days looking for a new wheel combo...Well I found myself ordering the Attack's again but this time in a 24x10, wrapped them in 305/35r24 Falken's and Fell in love with the setup and had to order the drop asap! So here are the pictures!

Looks good. These trucks almost need a 24 when they're dropped.

That's a 2/5 drop on a 4x4? My 1.5/3" ground force is sitting a good bit higher and is exactly why I'm going to lower again.

That makes more sense but the front is still fairly low, looks good.

Looks great! Got a couple questions....what did the kit consist of? Springs and lowering shackles? Also how does it ride compared to stock?

Correct. 2' drop springs up from, 2" shackles rear, 1" block removed. Stock shocks are on their last leg before the 24's and drop, just haven't decided on what shocks to go with. Couldn't tell you the difference between stock and lowered because of the 24's but it's not like stock, still somewhat smooth but bumps are more sharp feeling. I need to trim the bump stops in the rear, I'm only about a 1.5" from then and hit them on pot holes.

Go to any major parts store and get a pair of 1" or shorter button head bump stops. They're under $15 and will eliminate any bottoming out with only a 3" drop. They will screw right into place when you unbolt the stock ones.
