its like 1/4-1/2in difference. I never noticed it until today after I picked up my truck. Installer of course tells me there is nothing to adjust or move... kinda bummed out about it. Overall the truck looks good though.

my truck is like that also, but it's about 3/16'' of an inch, with the Mcgaughy's kit. I'm not sure if it's spring perch location from the factory, or if it's the horse shoes that the rear end sits on top of that are part of the flip kit.
my idea to remedy the situation is to remove the horse shoes and slot the holes the required amount to shift the rear end toward the center. Of course it would be a total of 1/8'' inch or less to center the rear end. If I moved it the full 3/16" then it would stick out the other way. What ever your measurement is off from one side or the other, you only want to scoot the rear end 1/2 of that distance to get it centered. Since mine would be 1/8" or less to get it centered, I decided it probably wouldn't be worth the effort.

I considered that also but couldn't find one skinny enough, or that would mount hub-centrically. There are some for sale at jegs that are about 1/4" thick, and it may work for you, but I decided against it simply because I wanted to go to 305 50 20's and the extra 1/4" would cause tire rubbing issues for me as that extra 1/4" with the added 1/2" that the tires would stick out on each side would cause problems.
It might work though, I'm not sure....like I said though I could only find the cheap spacers that don't mount on the hub, only stud centered.
it's worth trying though...I may do it myself it I scrap the idea of going to 305's
