Thumbs down 1001sp issues

Last weekend I installed my Belltech 2/4 kit and have been coming across a few issues. First being the 15-30 mph vibes. I've measured the angle and have it with a 3.5 degree difference which is what it seems it should like but the vibes while better are not gone. Second the rear seems incredibly unbalanced? Are these Belltech rear shocks just that bad? I've been debating switching to the fox shocks but would love to hear some feedback. Lastly has anyone lubed/greased the front hanger or rear hanger bushings as it sounds like mine are creaking/squeaking? As for my vibrations i have a shop looking into it this coming Monday but just wanted to some opinions of people who have dealt with these issues. I've searched and while it comes up fairly often it seems nobody every figures it all out or they vanish.

Thanks

I have the Maxtrac flip kit and they designed it so no shims were needed. When I had 1.5” lowering shackles, I needed 1.5 degree shims because of vibes between 20-30 mph. You may just have to get a few different shims and see which works the best. Every truck is different.

I greased the snot out of my front hanger and rear shackles.

yeah I have a few different shim sets and it’s where it “should” be but still have the vibrations so I’ll let a shop see if they can fix it and I’ll for sure grease those bushings. Did you use lithium grease?

I used Valvoline’s moly fortified grease which is specifically for Ford vehicles. Sold at most auto parts stores.

I'm sure regular grease will be plenty adequate for any of those rear suspension components. Not like there's high temp and friction going on. I only used the moly grease because I had it for when I did my spindles up front.

yeah ended up using lithium grease and loosened and retorqued it all again. That definitely helped and it’s at the shop now for the pinion angle

Update so I took it to a shop and they went with a 6 degree shim but right around 22-26 I have a vibe still and can’t figure out where to go from here. Any suggestions?

Not saying the shop is wrong, but that just seems like a very high degree shim for only a 4" flip. I would verify the axle saddles are installed and oriented the correct way. Once you're satisfied there, I would call up Belltech and tell them what the shop did and that you still have vibrations. Depending on what they say, maybe push to have them send you a new flip kit and see what that does for you. It's not unrealistic to have gotten a bad kit. OR try your hand with a flip kit from another brand. Not saying Maxtrac will solve your issues, but they don't include shims because they aren't needed. Myself as well as others on here have not reported any vibration issues with Maxtrac.

yeah I’ve verified the saddles are In correctly but I can’t see how a new flip kit would alter it unless the saddles are set up differently?
