So after driving this thing for two days and having this phantom vibration issue still it looks like ill likely be removing the kit if anyone is interested in it? Otherwise its a shame i love the look and have always lowered my trucks but this one escapes me. Likely removing it this coming weekend so open to ideas to fixing before then.

I know it's a lot of work (and risk), but I'd seriously consider trying a different brand. There are just too many people on here w/o issues to justify throwing in the towel just yet. Is it possible you just happen to have that one truck that doesn't like flip kits? Sure. But I feel like the more likely scenario is a bad batch or round of manufacturing for Belltech. Just my .02

I’ll reach out to belltech today and see if they could do a partial refund so I could snag the maxtrac rear flip or just a parts swap and maybe my saddles are defective but otherwise it’s just too much hassle being my daily. I already have one project wasn’t hoping for a second haha. Thanks for the advice though I’ll let you know what belltech says

So Belltechs customer service is a joke at best. Regarding this entire issue they said to get a bigger shim than they supply. These saddles should be made as such that I'm not needing 6+ degrees of shimming to get a proper ride. They also told me to have my angle be at 0 which I just cant see as being correct and the 6 degree shim put its practically at zero yet here I am with vibrations. This could just be my truck but I think this is where I call it and remove the kit unless anyone has any ideas?

Ive seen several posts on here where the Belltech axle saddles are hanging half over the pinion shim. Is that what yours looks like? I just can’t wrap my head around that engineering. That is the main reason I avoided Belltech.

No I actually just removed one pin as most leaf packs only use one but I bought much smaller shims and a better angle finder and will try this once
more before this weekend

Are these Belltech rear shocks just that bad?

I can't answer that, but if you're lowered 4" on the rear, I really like the
BIL33-187297 I put on mine. The one eyelet is 16mm which may not be compatible with your truck (MY2020 use 12mm?) so all I did was slap some 5/8" AL round rod in my lathe and drill+ream to size. Tap it into the rubber bushing and couldn't be easier. Love how the truck handles.

So I managed to get to one degree shims and had a angle difference of 3 degrees dead on and this is when my truck vibrated the worst. For now I’ve pulled the kit off and may try a maxtrac flip or just leave it stock. I’ll likely sell the kit if anyone is interested. Thanks for the help everyone.

Just out of curiosity what were your three measurements? trans tail shaft, drive shaft and rear end?

Id recommend the djm flip kit as you can adjust your pinion angle with out shims. You could still use the belltech front hanger brackets.

I can’t remember the trans tail measurement as everything I was reading being 2 pc drive shaft was saying to focus on the rear shaft and pinion as those are the changed angles. Rear shaft -1 and pumpkin -4 equating to 3 degree difference and tried it all in between. My truck got better when it was basically 1 degree difference but still vibrated and I wasn’t a fan how close the working angle to 0 was which could wear the needle bearings faster. May look into that djm flip thanks for the heads up.
