Well after the lift i noticed that my turn radius went down a lot and its do to when i turn it his the tie rods or something else.
wondering what size wheel spacer i should get 1.5 or 2"

The tire hits the tie rod? Its probably hitting the frame.....
Those wheel spacers can be dangerous. They add alot of leverage to the wheel bearings and hub. Add the wieght and leverage of much bigger tires and you really have potetnial for serious issues. It also throws off the spindle inclination and puts more stress on basically everything.
My advice is - live with the decreased turning radius and get some steering stops welded on, or smaller tires.

Dont get the wheel spacers! I had a set of 2" on my truck and after about six months the Passenger front tire came off. the lugnuts holding the spacer to the hub all backed off. I even used the supplied lock tight with them. Luckly for me it only happened as i was pulling in my driveway and not going down the interstate which i was just on 10 mins. prior. get new rims with a different back spacing.

OK, you said tires first. So you have a lift spindle? What are the wheels hitting? Offset wheels would be better then spacers, but you still gotta keep a close eye on your wheel bearings and hub if you go that route.
no i just said it was hitting didnt say tires or rims but im not exatly sure what there hitting. I no i should have lost a little turn radius but backing out of spaces it feels like im in 4x4
