Wheel Spacer Dilemma

I put my rear spacers on this morning. I followed the instructions exactly and torqued the lugs all the way down to 150 ft. lbs. But for some reason, my spacer won't stay attached to my hub. I took a picture of my setup, maybe you guys can help me figure out why. Should I have used red loctite instead of blue? I think I might put my wheel on and drive around to see if that fixes it. lol.

What do you mean by they won't stay attached? Like they stay away from contacting the rotor?
I would double check to make sure that no dirt is trapped in between (It looks like you were smart and got the rust off of the rotor) and then check to ensure the base is flat. I torqued mine first at 80, then around 110, and finally at 130 or whatever i finished at using a star pattern.

But on a more serious note, after installing the spacers, my front tires look as if they are leaning slightly in towards the truck (top of the tire leans in). Could it just be weak steering components?

Can't even tell. I'd just run them.
Use 3/4, breaker and a cheater. They'll come off if nothing else you can twist them all off and re stud it.
You don't use 3/8 on wheels anyways do you? How you sai you even used 1/2?

They are 50 mm which comes out to about 2 in. I almost think they are a little too wide. I would take some pictures of the truck with the front and rear spacers on but its currently raining small children outside. lol.
Yeah nobody took the bait. I will have to keep trying.
