So I went to put my spacers on today and got the first set on my front tires and everything was going good til I opened the second set and the company sent the wrong size. Fuuuuuu. So I called them and got new ones ordered but I don't exactly want to drive around with spacers only on the front and look like a super douche. I went to take the front off and the nuts holding the spacer to the hub are literally frozen to it. I torqued them to 150 ft lbs when I installed them and drove up and down the street to test them out but now they are stuck for good on there. Any advice to getting them off? I tried a 1/2 drive and breaker bar and they don't even move.

Yeah man just leave it you'll be fine. Did you put any Lock-Tite on the bolts? I have 1.25" spacers on mine and have had it in for service a couple times and they're had no problem taking them off to put my new rotors on. If your really concerned though I suggest taking it to a shop where they use air tools.

150 ft/lbs?? Is that what the MFG called for?
Mine only called for 80 ft/lbs. 150 seems high for approx 1/2" bolts.

You should be able to get them off. How much lock-tite did you put on? My spacers said to torque at 150, but that scared me, haha. I only torqued mine to 120 I think with like two drops of red loc-tite. I didn't try taking them off yet, but I did re-check the torque and they were all nice and tight after a couple thousand miles. Put a pipe or something on the end of your breaker bar for more leverage. My jack handle slides over mine nicely.

If u really want them off get an air drill to loosen it or go to a wheel shop and have them use there air drill to loosen the nuts

I ended up just leaving the front spacers on for now. I am still waiting to hear back from the company to get the correct spacers. The instructions said to bolt the spacers down to factory wheel specs (150 ft lbs) but yeah, it did seem a little excessive. I didnt use any loc-tite either. I am going to wait for the second set to get in and then take it to a shop and have them adjust everything for me. Also, if you are going to run these spacers, you will have to trim the front valance a couple inches to turn the front tires. Ill keep yall updated.

I am definitely glad I got them though. My front tires sit exactly where I wanted them.
