Default Wheel Question

Hey all, I'm new to the board and have a quick question. I have a 97 4x4 flare side with factory 17in wheels. I'm looking to put some 33's or 35's on her. I found a set of wheels for sale on CL that are 16in wheels with the correct bolt pattern. Question is...should I or can I put 16in wheels or should I wait to get a set of 17in wheels?

You can fit 16's just fine. You can't go smaller than a 16.

If its a style you like then go for the 16". I have 16's with 35's and am pretty happy with em
