will getting a tuner help my truck with my 285's? Seems really sluggish going up hills. Just curious

Well a tow truck got my buddy out but couldn't reach me so had a bud from the offroad group save me

Invest in a few sets of these. I have one set but I haven't had to use them yet. That'll probably change on the next trip though. lol Elk in Colorado in September.

It definitely can but be sure to get a custom tune written for the different tire size and better shift points
